At Gulfside Restore and Remodel, we bring a lifetime of hands-on experience and local expertise to every project. Our roots run deep in St. Petersburg, FL, where our founder grew up learning the construction trade firsthand from his father, a skilled carpenter. From an early age, summers and weekends were spent assisting on projects, building a foundation of hard work and craftsmanship.
After high school, he began his career in restoration construction, starting as a laborer. Tackling flood-damaged homes and mold remediation gave him invaluable, hands-on expertise. He pursued certifications in water, fire, and mold restoration, solidifying his knowledge and expanding his ability to help families recover after disasters.
Seeking to broaden his skills, he moved west, taking on roles in custom home finish carpentry. Working on high-end properties taught him the importance of precision and attention to detail. But the pull of home brought him back to St. Pete, where he stepped into project management roles, overseeing restoration and remodeling projects with a focus on delivering quality and reliability.
After years of hard work and dedication, he earned his General Contractor (GC) license and assembled a trusted team of experienced professionals. Together, they’ve completed thousands of projects, helping homeowners and businesses throughout Pinellas County rebuild and reimagine their spaces.
From tearing out damaged flooring and cabinets after a flood to designing and rebuilding kitchens, bathrooms, and offices, we handle every step with care and expertise. As locals, we understand the unique challenges our community faces, from hurricane flooding to the demands of coastal living.
